Since my life changing introduction to canning three years ago, I have wanted to add salsa to my food storage. Pace just doesn't cut it and I can't find anything worth spending money on and wasting the valuable space in my "storage room".
Thus, I have been on the search for a great canned salsa recipe. The first I tried I found online and wasn't bad, but just wasn't good enough! I decided to leave it to the experts. My second recipie (pictured above) came from Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving. I though hey they have been doing it for years they should have the best salsa out there. Again it wasn't bad, it was just too sweet.
